Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package inventory items according to company standards
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory records using digital tracking systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments
- Assist with unloading and loading trucks as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to our Nashville facility
