Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, package, and prepare shipments for weekend distribution
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and maintain organized inventory records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend delivery targets
- Conduct quality control checks and report equipment maintenance needs
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company operational standards
- Support inventory reconciliation and cycle count processes
- Assist in training new weekend shift associates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 6 AM - 6 PM)
- Basic computer literacy and inventory software knowledge
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
