Responsibilities
- Efficiently handle incoming/outbound shipments using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (OSHA-certified training provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and cycle counts
- Ensure warehouse safety compliance and 5S organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Process returns and damaged goods documentation
- Support inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic warehouse or inventory experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient with warehouse management systems
- Availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
