Responsibilities
- Accurately process, package, and ship customer orders using warehouse management systems
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend operational targets
- Maintain clean, compliant workspace following OSHA safety standards
- Support loading/unloading of trucks and dock coordination
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
- Flexible availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM - 2 PM)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
