Responsibilities
- Manage inventory accuracy and perform cycle counts during high-volume weekend shifts.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, with strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Load, unload, and stage freight efficiently to meet tight shipping deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the shift team to resolve operational challenges and improve workflow efficiency.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track stock levels and order status.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but we provide comprehensive training.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus.
