Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (certification provided upon hire), and hand trucks.
- Conduct daily inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records in the WMS system.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains organized, clean, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve daily operational challenges.
- Process returns and damaged goods according to company protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Atlanta facility.
