Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Efficiently select and prepare merchandise for shipment using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate stock levels and assist in weekly cycle counts.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe workspace.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging standards are met before shipment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and some weekdays for training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and walk on various floor surfaces.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Documentation: Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
