Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Safely and efficiently load, unload, and stage freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and scan products to maintain inventory accuracy within the warehouse management system.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance checks on warehouse equipment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and team members to optimize workflow during peak periods.
- Order Fulfillment: Prepare and verify orders for shipping to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with some flexibility for early morning shifts.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
