Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99% accuracy for same-day shipment
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain organized warehouse zones and implement FIFO rotation
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with monthly inventory audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend delivery deadlines
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and proper lifting techniques
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Valid driver's license (required for forklift operation training)
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun, 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment
