Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to load and unload shipments efficiently.
- Perform inventory checks and ensure accurate stock levels are maintained on the sales floor and warehouse.
- Package and prepare merchandise for shipment, ensuring all safety standards and labeling requirements are met.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to streamline daily operations and resolve any logistical issues.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges with a focus on quality service and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must be available to work on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
