Responsibilities
- Perform daily receiving, sorting, and shipping of inventory with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers, safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper weight distribution and cargo security.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a similar role is preferred but not required for immediate consideration.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
