Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, sort, and package customer orders using RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory in climate-controlled warehouse facilities
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification training provided)
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Conduct quality checks on outgoing shipments
- Participate in monthly inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation to the Charlotte facility
- Willingness to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 2 PM)
