Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately according to picking tickets.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and ensure accurate inventory levels on the sales floor.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on warehouse equipment and report any malfunctions.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Prior warehouse, logistics, or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency and ability to read pick tickets and labels.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license required for vehicle operation (if applicable).
- OSHA Compliance: Understanding of basic workplace safety protocols.
