Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse tasks, including picking, packing, and shipping orders with a high degree of accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in compliance with all company protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and stock replenishment to ensure adequate inventory levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail environment is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with barcode scanners are a plus.
