Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately process inbound and outbound orders, picking, packing, and labeling items according to strict quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock counts and update inventory records using our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners.
- Quality Control: Perform routine inspections of products and packaging to ensure zero defects before shipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
- Organization: Keep storage aisles clear and organized to ensure efficient workflow and safe navigation.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the shift supervisor and cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly; ability to stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (Weekend Shift).
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail environment is preferred.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy (typing and navigating windows) is required; familiarity with barcode scanners is a plus.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required.
