Key Responsibilities:
- Load, unload, and sort merchandise using forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and organize stock according to established procedures.
- Maintain a clean, clutter-free, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Assist in processing customer orders and preparing shipments for delivery.
- Operate warehouse management systems and handheld scanning equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly performance goals.
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
