Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Load and unload trailers using forklifts and pallet jacks in a safe and timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform inventory checks and reconcile stock discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
- Handle packages with care to prevent damage during the shipping process.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy objects weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for accurate order processing.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the facility.
- Ability to work on weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods.
