Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and organize warehouse inventory efficiently.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all items meet quality standards before shipping.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company regulations at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail in order processing.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license is preferred.
