Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities during the weekend shift.
- Ensure all safety protocols and OSHA regulations are strictly followed.
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counting and stock reconciliation.
- Lead a team of 5-10 warehouse associates, providing training and support.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as required.
- Resolve operational discrepancies and escalates issues to management promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in warehouse management or logistics is preferred.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
