Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, and shipping
- Train and mentor weekend staff on safety protocols and equipment operation
- Coordinate with weekday supervisors to ensure seamless handoffs
- Implement process improvements to optimize weekend efficiency
- Conduct daily equipment safety checks and maintenance scheduling
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits

Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse or logistics supervisory experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Valid forklift certification and equipment operation skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday
