Qualifications

- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, logistics, or general labor is a plus but not required.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
