Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently utilize forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move materials.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and ensure accurate record-keeping to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet strict quality standards before shipping.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is a plus but not required for entry-level positions.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a warehouse environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required to commute to the facility.
