Responsibilities
- Perform General Labor: Execute daily tasks related to warehouse operations, packing, and material handling efficiently.
- Operate Equipment: Safely and accurately use hand tools, pallet jacks, and basic machinery as trained.
- Maintain Safety Standards: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in checking, counting, and organizing stock to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging meets company quality standards.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and clutter-free workspace at all times.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts (Day, Evening, or Night).
- Attendance: Proven history of consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Communication: Basic English reading and verbal communication skills.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Documents: Must present valid ID and Social Security card for employment verification.
