Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and containers in a safe and efficient manner.
- Sort, pack, and organize inventory using warehouse management systems.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials within the facility.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure workplace.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
