Responsibilities
- Pack, seal, and label orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Inspect products for defects and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for time tracking and scanning.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
