Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for examinations and assist providers during procedures
- Perform vital signs, EKGs, and phlebotomyMaintain accurate electronic health records
- Administer injections and medications as directed
- Schedule appointments and handle patient communications
- Ensure sterile exam rooms and equipment
- Assist with insurance verification and billing
Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA)
- 1+ years of clinical experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Oklahoma state medical assistant license
