Responsibilities
- Assist physicians with patient examinations and clinical procedures
- Perform vital sign measurements and medical history documentation
- Administer medications and injections as per protocols
- Prepare examination rooms and sterilize medical equipment
- Manage patient records using EHR systems
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and patient flow
- Provide patient education on treatment plans
Qualifications
- Medical Assistant certification (CMA or RMA) required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred
- Proficiency in EHR software (Epic or Cerner)
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Arizona state medical assistant license
- Pass background check and drug screening
