Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and organize incoming shipments with accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely
- Maintain inventory counts and documentation systems
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness and OSHA compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Participate in monthly inventory audits
- Train new team members on standard procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to Northside facility
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Flexible schedule availability (some weekends required)
