Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, sort, and package inventory with barcode scanning systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and digital records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless order fulfillment
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and warehouse sanitation standards
- Participate in monthly inventory audits and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Forklift certification preferred but not required (training provided)
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Drive location
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in team settings
- Pass background check and drug screening (pre-employment)
