Responsibilities
- Efficiently package, label, and ship products according to company standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and effectively
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Assist with receiving, unloading, and sorting incoming shipments
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to Arch Street location
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
