Responsibilities
- Accurately package and ship customer orders using warehouse equipment
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and quality checks
- Utilize warehouse management systems for tracking operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Team-oriented mindset with clear communication skills
- Reliable transportation to worksite
