Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package customer orders in a climate-controlled facility
- Operate electric pallet jacks and conveyor systems following safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts using handheld scanning devices
- Maintain clean and organized workstations per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere to all company safety and quality control procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly with proper technique
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning devices
- Reliable transportation to South Austin facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
