Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming shipments with zero tolerance for errors
- Optimize order picking and packing workflows to meet nightly productivity targets
- Maintain precise inventory counts through cycle counts and system reconciliations
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Uphold strict safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work zones
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Document all activities using our WMS with attention to detail and timeliness
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Proficiency in inventory management software and basic MS Office
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities
- Excellent time management with ability to meet tight deadlines
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays as needed
