Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory with cycle counts and audits
- Operate powered industrial equipment safely (forklift/pallet jack)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient workflow
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Resolve discrepancies with shipping/receiving documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license preferred (equipment operation)
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Parkway location
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
