Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and organize incoming shipments with accuracy
- Pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and digital systems
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Conduct daily inventory counts and maintain stock records
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized workspace
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in a climate-controlled environment
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
