Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and organize incoming inventory using barcode scanning systems
- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy for same-day shipping
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely in compliance with OSHA standards
- Conduct daily cycle counts and maintain real-time inventory records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces to ensure operational efficiency
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
