- Risk & Security Governance: Establish frameworks for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and quantum cybersecurity to protect sensitive data assets.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives, product managers, and engineering teams to translate futuristic tech into actionable business value.
- Innovation Labs: Lead internal hackathons and research initiatives to prototype next-generation solutions before they hit the market.
- Talent & Culture: Cultivate a culture of continuous learning, attracting top-tier talent in AI and quantum computing.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in Information Technology, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity focusing on AI strategy or Enterprise Architecture.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning (ML), Neural Networks, and emerging Quantum Computing paradigms.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying disruptive technologies and integrating them into long-term business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems with creative, data-driven solutions.
