Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, urban planners, and sustainability experts
- Develop predictive models for autonomous transportation and resource optimization
- Partner with city governments on policy frameworks for next-gen urban ecosystems
- Drive innovation in climate-resilient building materials and circular economy systems
- Conduct market analysis for emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and municipal stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in systems architecture or urban tech innovation with 5+ in leadership roles
- Expertise in IoT integration, AI deployment, and smart city frameworks
- Proven track record of scaling complex tech ecosystems from concept to deployment
- Master's degree in Urban Planning, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Experience with predictive analytics and digital twin technologies
- Strong understanding of sustainable development goals and climate resilience strategies
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in LEED, PMP, or equivalent sustainability/management credential
