Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology foresight frameworks through quantitative research and scenario modeling
- Lead client workshops to identify emerging risks and opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Produce strategic white papers and executive briefings on future market disruptions
- Build and maintain a proprietary trend intelligence database using advanced analytics
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders at industry conferences
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align long-term innovation pipelines with market projections
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and scenario planning frameworks
- Proven track record of publishing future-focused research in peer-reviewed journals
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data visualization and presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future strategy implementations
