Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026 and beyond, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching, evaluating, and integrating emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders to drive innovation
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessment for technological disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Oversee the development of proof-of-concept projects for next-gen technologies
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for technology adoption and innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or corporate innovation with 5+ years in foresight/forecasting
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AI/ML, biotech, or Web3
- Proven track record of executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business/Technology Management
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Experience building and leading high-performing technical teams
