Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Develop scenario-based models for technological disruptions affecting global markets
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state vision
- Produce executive briefings on emerging technologies and their business implications
- Establish innovation KPIs and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Publish thought leadership in industry journals and at global forums
- Mentor junior futurists using proprietary foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neurotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Advanced certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Shaping the Future)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Published research in futurism or technology evolution
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
