Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology & Digital Roadmap, aligning IT strategy with business objectives.
- Identify emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum Computing) and assess their potential impact on our ecosystem.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to modernize legacy systems and enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with C-Suite executives to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital transformation projects.
- Mentor and guide a team of high-potential engineers and product managers.
- Ensure cybersecurity protocols are robust enough to withstand future threats.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in IT strategy, software development, or technology consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation initiatives and technology modernization programs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast technology trends and translate them into business value.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $2M USD.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration is preferred.
- Deep understanding of cloud architecture (AWS/Azure) and enterprise integration patterns.
