Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap aligned with business objectives.

- Conduct rigorous market research to forecast technological trends and validate strategic investments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to translate business goals into technical milestones.
- Oversee pilot programs for futuristic technologies and scale successful innovations across the organization.
- Establish best practices for long-term scalability and system resilience in a rapidly evolving landscape.
- Mentor senior engineering teams on strategic planning and future-proofing architectures.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, architecture, or strategic planning.
- Proven track record of defining long-term roadmaps (5+ year horizon) for enterprise organizations.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential business applications.
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and scalable software design.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at the executive level.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience managing large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
