Responsibilities

- System Optimization: Lead initiatives to improve system performance, reduce latency, and enhance user experience across global endpoints.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence, mentoring junior architects and engineers.
- Disaster Recovery: Develop and maintain comprehensive disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in an evolving threat landscape.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with a focus on cloud-native solutions and distributed systems.
- Deep expertise in high-level programming languages (Python, Go, Rust) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Familiarity with AI/ML integration into legacy and new system architectures.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and make strategic technical decisions.
- Certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Google Cloud Professional Architect, or equivalent are highly preferred.
