Responsibilities
- Architect and implement forward-thinking tech roadmaps for 2026+ digital ecosystems
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum-resistant cryptography and decentralized AI frameworks
- Drive adoption of neuromorphic computing and bio-integrated interfaces
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech strategy with market evolution
- Mentor innovation teams in emerging paradigm shifts (Web3, AGI, quantum internet)
- Secure strategic partnerships with research labs and tech pioneers
- Produce future-tech impact assessments for board-level decision-making
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven track record in emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI, or blockchain/Web3
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on next-gen computing paradigms
- Experience scaling tech teams through exponential growth phases
- Deep understanding of ethical implications of future tech deployment
- Portfolio of deployed solutions pushing technological boundaries
