Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy next-generation AI systems for autonomous decision-making frameworks

- Establish R&D roadmaps for 2026+ emerging technologies
- Collaborate with academic institutions on patent-pending innovations

Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/AI/Quantum Physics with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in deploying production-level quantum computing solutions
- Expertise in federated learning and edge computing architectures
- Publish record in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- Experience leading teams of 10+ engineers in agile environments
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation principles
