Responsibilities
- Design and deploy robust, scalable deep learning architectures for large-scale language models and autonomous agents.
- Lead the technical vision for the '2026' roadmap, integrating emerging technologies like neuromorphic computing and edge AI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex research findings into production-ready software.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, ensuring model reproducibility, monitoring, and governance.

Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering or AI Architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading complex projects from conception to launch.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
