Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in quantum computing algorithms or distributed systems
- Proven track record of launching innovative tech products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and blockchain
- Strong background in ethical AI development and governance
- Experience with agile methodologies for complex R&D projects
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies preferred
