Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Tech Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to identify emerging technologies that will drive business value over the next three years.
- Evaluate Emerging Tech: Conduct in-depth research and pilots on AI, Blockchain, and Advanced Robotics to assess feasibility and impact.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate relationships with key technology vendors, startups, and research institutions.
- Innovation Labs: Manage the internal Innovation Lab, overseeing experimental projects and "moonshot" initiatives.
- Risk Management: Analyze the potential risks associated with adopting futuristic technologies and develop mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology strategy, consulting, or engineering management.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI/ML, Cloud Architecture, and future tech trends relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying market trends and translating them into successful product roadmaps.
- Leadership: Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
