- Produce quarterly 'Future Shock' reports predicting 2026 market inflection points
- Mentor cross-functional 'Future Pods' in rapid prototyping of next-gen solutions
- Secure $2M+ innovation budget for experimental ventures
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Published research in peer-reviewed futures studies journals (e.g., Foresight, Futures)
- Advanced certification in scenario planning (e.g., WFS, GBN) or systems dynamics
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful paradigm-shifting initiatives
- Expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech domains
- Fluency in futures forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
